SwiftHost.net's Image Hosting is committed to privacy and will never, under any circumstances, sell, distribute,
or otherwise reveal this information to any non-law-enforcement third party entities.

Any files that are deemed illegal may not be uploaded, this includes but not limited to Child Pornography, other digital
images that are illegal under the United States of America or Canada law.

Uploading any of the files mentioned above will be banned from all SwiftHost.net services and proper legal authorities may be contacted.
(Legal authorities include but not limited to: FBI, Interpol, Local Police, Federal Police)

The following types of infringing files may not be uploaded under any circumstances:

• Pornography or like pornography material (except for art)
• Images that infringe copyright laws (includes but not limited to Copyright Photographs)
• Images where its Intention is to harrass or harm other people
• Images where its intention is for commercial or business purposes (This includes, but is not limited to, email spam and banner advertisements.)
  
  Uploading any of the files mentioned above will result in an immediate termination of all SwiftHost.net services available to the user,
  We may also at any time ban certain domain names or IP addresses at our discretion without warning.
  
  These Terms of Service are subject to change without prior warning.
  By using SwiftHost.net Image Hosting, user agrees not to involve SwiftHost.net Image Hosting in any type of legal action.
  Full Responsibility of files are drawn back to the uploader of the file.
  
  All files uploaded are property of their respective owners. SwiftHost.net Image Hosting is not responsible for the content of uploaded files.
